These are the preferred Marinette County, WI “The Real North” logos in a variety of applications. Please use the approved PMS colors whenever possible. These guidelines offer the best proportions of all logos and ensures our brand’s consistency.

Reverse Ground Logo Options

Ideally, the logo should be used on a white background. In instances where it has to be imprinted on a dark background the logo must appear as white, at no less than a 70% screen.

White Space

There should be a minimum of .5" clearance surrounding the logo in all applications.

Sizing

The size of the logos can vary depending on use but they should never be smaller than 1" wide in print and 150 pixels wide on the web.

Co-branding

To maintain the visual impact and 'standard' of our graphic identity when used in conjunction with partners' logos, please follow these simple guidelines. When creating dual branded applications the treatment shown below should be used. The Marinette County, WI "The Real North" logo is placed on the right, the other logo is placed on the left at equal size and horizontal distance. When applying the Marinette County, WI "The Real North" logo in a co-branded or mixed endorsed application, please ensure the logos are of equal size. Always maintain a minimum .5" clear zone as indicated.

IMPORTANT: Do not change, distort, or in any way reconfigure The Real NorthSM logo without permission. Usage of The Real NorthSM logo that is deemed to be inappropriate will be subject to legal action.
